Where did the Summer Go ?

I hope you all had a wonderful summer. Now to begin a new season. As studies are back in full force preparing for the cooler weather is always nice. I love the cool comfortable evenings.
I enjoy fall and winter equally as it's nice to cuddle up with a book and a blanket.

It's Been Awhile

Wow it's been awhile... hope your summer vacation is going well.
Our garden is producing some large zucchini and some tomatoes and green beans. I have cucumbers to make into pickles and zucchini to freeze. What a lot to do when we are supposed to be on our summer vacation.

I am still here, the weekends get so busy I don't have much time to write.
I have been entering some awesome giveaways and have my fingers crossed !

What Beautiful weather !

Wow what beautiful weather we had today. I got outside with the children and had a picnic lunch with them and just let them run off all that energy! My 2 yr old wore herself out.I had plenty of other things to do today, but you need to take time from the everyday hustle and bustle to smell the flowers ,or in this case slip in the mud. I want my children to remember the good times and have fun being young, but most of all feel loved and know I took the time to be with them.

Perseverance

I believe being persistent is the key to many things. I have been entering many giveaways, but so far have not one anything. My attitude is if I don't enter I don't even have a chance. At least by entering a few times I have a chance.
It's also like that with people we witness to. If we don't show them how much we care or even how much Jesus cares for them then they don't have the opportunity to experience true friendship, or the chance to hear the Gospel, which is Better and Bigger than any giveaway...

I hope your weekend has been relaxing. I have spent some time with the family, did some shopping, spent time with some friends and most of all went to Church to be used however God sees fit.
